Write the commercial facts down
Before comparing suppliers, write the product, destination market, estimated quantity, target use, branding, and any testing the destination requires.
Quantity and lead time change the factory route. Published MOQ on this site is still a placeholder: [INSERT VERIFIED MOQ BY CATEGORY]
Keep claims specific
Ask for the certificates that apply to your product and your market. A general claim does not replace a test report for that order.
Confirm who prepares export documents and who books the shipment. Those roles should be named in the quotation.
