Before you brief a factory
What buyers ask before starting a custom project.
What can I send if I don't have a tech pack?
A sketch, photograph, reference product, moodboard, prototype, or a written idea is enough to open the project.
Will you only supply products already in the catalogue?
No. The catalogue shows categories. Custom sourcing is for products defined by your brief.
How are OEM, ODM, and private label different?
OEM follows your existing design. ODM develops or adapts the product with you. Private label puts the product under your brand, including packaging and labelling.
Do you own the factories?
No, and we do not claim to. We work with a tied-up network of specialist manufacturing units across India and place your product with the one that is already good at making it. You get the right unit for the product rather than whatever one factory happens to be set up for. These are the same units already producing for leading international brands, so we guarantee you the best output.
Then why not approach a factory directly?
You can, and some buyers do. What you would be taking on is finding the right unit for each product, judging whether it can hold your specification, pushing samples through, checking production, and handling export yourself. You would also be quoted a one-off buyer's price. We place repeat volume with these units, which is what the pricing is built on.
Do I have to commit to production to see a sample?
No. The brief opens development and sampling. Production starts only after you sign off the sample and the specification.
